Deleting an IRISPay for Merchants account

If you wish to delete your account and all data associated with it, please follow the steps outlined below:

 

How to request account deletion?
 
  1. Submit a deletion request:

    • Contact us via email at bdo@irisbgsf.com.

    • In the email, please specify:

      • Your first name, last name and email address registered in the application.

      • Reason for account deletion (optional).

    • Use the subject: "Account deletion request".

  2. Identification:

    • To ensure the protection of your data, we may contact you to confirm your identity.

  3. Await confirmation:

    • After processing the request, you will receive confirmation that your account and all associated data have been deleted.

 

What data is deleted?

 

After you request account deletion:

  • Any personal data you have provided during registration will be completely deleted from our systems.

  • The data includes:

    • First name, last name, email address and phone number.

    • Company data (company name, EIC).

    • All other data related to your account.
