Deleting an IRISPay for Merchants account
If you wish to delete your account and all data associated with it, please follow the steps outlined below:
How to request account deletion?

Submit a deletion request:

Contact us via email at bdo@irisbgsf.com.

In the email, please specify:

Your first name, last name and email address registered in the application.

Reason for account deletion (optional).

Use the subject: "Account deletion request".

To ensure the protection of your data, we may contact you to confirm your identity.

Await confirmation:

After processing the request, you will receive confirmation that your account and all associated data have been deleted.

What data is deleted?
After you request account deletion:

Any personal data you have provided during registration will be completely deleted from our systems.

The data includes:

First name, last name, email address and phone number.
-
Company data (company name, EIC).
-
All other data related to your account.
